Doink — Effective November 1, 2026.
These terms cover the Doink app and the API it talks to, both run by SetSync Central. Using the app means you agree to them. If you don't, delete the app.
What Doink is
A free college football and basketball scores and alerts app with a sense of humor. The jokes, grades, and Doink scores are commentary, not news reporting. Doink is not a betting product. Point spreads are shown for context only.
Not affiliated with anyone you see in the app
Doink is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any school, athletic program, conference, the NCAA, or any broadcaster. School names, abbreviations, and colors are trademarks of their owners. We use them only to say which team is which. We don't use school logos, mascots, or wordmarks.
If you represent a school and want something changed, email support@setsynccentral.com. We'll answer quickly.
Scores and data
Scores, plays, and records come from CollegeFootballData.com, CollegeBasketballData.com, ESPN, and public NCAA record books. They are usually 15–60 seconds behind the broadcast and can be wrong or missing. Don't rely on Doink for anything that matters more than bragging rights.
Using the app
- Use Doink for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment.
- Don't scrape the API, flood it with requests, or try to break it.
- Doink votes are a fixed tap, not a place to post content. Don't game them with fake installs.
Our stuff
The Doink name, devil football, app design, Misery Meter, Doink scores, and written copy belong to SetSync Central.
No warranty
Doink is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, SetSync Central is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for anything you do based on a score, alert, or grade in the app.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top tells you when. Keep using the app after a change and the new terms apply.
